Linear motion - trapezoidal rods

Linear motion using trapezoidal rods is based on the transformation of rotary motion into linear motion using bolts and nuts. These systems are commonly used in a variety of industrial applications, including machine tools and CNC equipment.

Trapezoidal bars

Trapezoidal rod T8 2mm (1 winding) -one turn=shift by 2mm
4mm (2 windings) -one turn=shift by 4mm
8mm (4 windings) -one turn = 8mm shift
Trapezoidal rod T10 2mm (1 winding) -one turn=shift by 2mm
4mm (2 windings) -one turn=shift by 4mm

Trapezoidal nuts

Brass trapezoidal nuts
  • very versatile use
  • can be used for a wide variety of structures
Backlash-free trapezoidal nut
  • similar use to classic matrix
  • thanks to the assembly of two nuts, it holds its position better
POM trapezoidal nut
  • it is self-lubricating, so it must not be lubricated with other lubricants or oil
  • used for slower movement (suitable for some movements on 3D printers
Backlash free POM nut
  • similar use to classic POM matrix
  • thanks to the assembly of two nuts, it holds its position better
Igus trapezoidal nuts
  • similar use to POM matrix
  • igus material is more durable in constant temperature and humidity conditions, the size can change slightly during temperature changes
Steel trapezoidal nut
  • they are not self-lubricating
  • use for slow speeds
POM nuts for trolley
  • nut, which is equipped with standard holes for mounting on a trolley

Carts, storage and clamping.

Storage for trapezoidal nut
  • holder for trapezoidal nut for easier attachment of other components
  • anti-corrosion design (material aluminum)
Nylon storage for trapeze bar
  • prevents rod wobbling
  • increases the accuracy of the feed
  • equipped with a bearing, for trapezoidal rod
Shaft coupling fixed
  • connecting trapezoidal bars and motors
  • different sizes
  • at higher loads, we recommend connecting the rod and the motor via a gear
