End cap for modular profiles

This end cap is suitable for all 20x40 mm profiles with a centre hole of 5.5 - 6 mm.

The end cap has a 6 mm wide "peg" - it is therefore necessary to install in profiles with a 6 mm groove, or to cut the peg before installation.

Installation:

• Pin the plug to the profile hole and align the sides with the profile side.
• Press it in as deep as you can with your hand
• Tap the profile against a firm, smooth surface, or tap it with a rubber mallet
• to push the end of the profile to the stop.

• Pin length: 4.5 mm
• Thickness of the "pancake" end: 2.5 mm

Compatibility:

• The tip is compatible with any 20x40 mm profile, and a 5.5 - 6 mm center hole
