Bearings are made of cast bronze material with embedded special solid lubricant.
Basic the metal is suitable for high load applications and the solid lubricant allows the bearing to be used without additional lubrication.
The bearings provide excellent performance without lubrication and under conditions such as low speed and extreme high or low temperatures.
The lubrication reservoirs are distributed in a special way over the surface of the bearing, therefore the entire surface of the bearing is lubricated during movement.
These grease reservoirs cover 20-30% of the bearing surface.
